Contact Avient

Send one technical request with resin, process, target function, and regional compliance needs. The response can be routed to color, TPE, additive, engineered compound, or packaging material support. The more useful request is not the longest request; it is the request that names the polymer family, the production method, the approval constraint, and the measurable property that must change.

Address

Global polymer application support network serving plastic processing and packaging customers.

Phone And Email

Use the form for technical routing. A support contact can follow after the requirement is assigned.

Hours

Business inquiries are reviewed during regional working hours, Monday through Friday.

What to include

A useful request names the resin family, processing method, application, target property, color or additive function, annual volume, and any required declaration. If the current material fails in production, state the failure mode. If the program is packaging related, include contact condition, package type, and whether recycled content or mono-material design is part of the target.

For color programs, attach or describe the standard, target opacity, wall thickness, carrier resin, and letdown expectation. For TPE programs, include Shore hardness, overmold substrate, contact medium, and temperature range. For additive programs, state the intended function, loading sensitivity, food-contact status, and whether the change must run on existing tooling. These details let Avient route the request to a technical desk instead of sending a general catalog response.
